What is your refund and/or return policy?
Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and inventory, we are unable to accept returns. Product quality is independently assessed via 3rd party laboratory testing to ensure quality, and all purchases made via this website are done with the implied consent that you acknowledge and accept the empirical testing provided on each product page. In the event of dissatisfaction or quality concern, please consult with us via email so that we can try to assist.
Where do you ship?
Orders can only be shipped to addresses within Canada. We ship all orders domestically via Canada Post to ensure safe delivery, free from customs headaches, and in discreet packaging. Flex Delivery and PO boxes are also supported.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship same business day with standard delivery ETAs being 2-4 business days. Please understand that these are the averages, but in some circumstances delivery may take longer if there is a courier delay or you live in a remote/rural community.
Is Tracking Provided?
Tracking is available for all orders so that you can follow the progress of your order before delivery, please check your spam folder if you do not receive tracking within 1 business day of order confirmation.
