Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our inventory and the research-use-only classification of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped.

Product quality is independently verified through third-party laboratory testing prior to listing. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the testing documentation (Certificate of Analysis) provided on each product page as the standard of quality assurance.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us at support@pepco.io within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched the same business day when placed during business hours. Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Lower Mainland, BC: Same-day delivery
• Rest of Canada: 3–5 business days

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or remote/rural locations.
